POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a high-impact Revenue Director to own and drive the performance of both sales and marketing across a growing wealth advisory firm. This individual will be fully accountable for advisor production, pipeline health, and marketing ROI from day one, with direct visibility into the firm's revenue engine. The ideal candidate is a builder—someone who can assess performance quickly, identify gaps, and implement systems that create consistent, scalable growth. This role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to hold a team accountable to measurable outcomes. Own and drive overall revenue performance, including net new clients, GDC growth, and net new AUM across the advisor team Lead and manage advisor performance through structured weekly 1:1s, coaching, and accountability to individual targets Establish and maintain a high-performance sales culture focused on activity, pipeline management, and results Develop, refine, and implement a scalable sales playbook, including prospecting, follow-up, and closing processes Ensure full CRM compliance across the team, with accurate tracking of pipeline, activity, and performance metrics Identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching, training, and development plans to improve outcomes Own marketing strategy in partnership with leadership, ensuring budget allocation aligns with measurable ROI Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness, including lead generation, cost per acquisition, and conversion rates Align marketing and sales functions to ensure consistent pipeline flow and conversion from prospect to client Recruit, onboard, and ramp new advisors, ensuring alignment with performance expectations and company standardsCOMPETENCIES

Active CPA license (non-negotiable) Demonstrated ability to produce measurable business or revenue growth 5-8+ years of experience in individual and business tax preparation Strong working knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting for businesses Prior experience building, scaling, or leading a firm, practice, or business unit preferred Experience working with high-net-worth clients strongly preferred Willingness to participate in advisory environments, workshops, and continuous learning Alignment with a performance-driven, growth-oriented cultureCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Compensation:
Total OTE = $118,000•147,000+ Base salary: $90,000Incentive:
$18,000 uncapped•Tied to team metricsBonus:
$45,000 target•Uncapped $500K+ clients brought in above the team's combined advisor targets. Tiered per-client bonusBenefits Include:
