Job Title:
Financial Technology Manager Location:
Kansas City, Missouri (On-site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled financial leader to oversee large-scale technology spend and drive the financial strategy for a multi-billion-dollar enterprise. Our team values financial acumen, strategic insight, and effective collaboration to ensure impactful technology investments and robust cost transparency throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
Partner with executive leadership to define and implement the financial goals for the IT department. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop business plans and forecasts based on technology cost impacts. Monitor and analyze monthly financial performance using the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework. Drive technology cost transparency and ensure chargeback rates align with forecasted consumption and business objectives.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar discipline from an accredited program. 8 years of related professional experience (11 years preferred); additional credit may be given for public accounting experience. Expert proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; previous supervisory experience preferred. Experience with Oracle and Microsoft Power BI is preferred; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
