We are seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Operations to oversee large-scale RCM functions including billing, denials management, appeals, prior authorizations, eligibility, payment posting, and collections. This role is ideal for a leader who has successfully managed large healthcare operations teams and can drive performance, efficiency, accountability, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations Oversee managers, supervisors, and large operational teams Develop and execute strategies to improve collections and reduce denials Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives Present performance metrics, KPIs, and business reviews to clients and stakeholders Drive employee development, retention, and operational excellence

Qualifications:

8+ years of Revenue Cycle Management experience Experience leading large healthcare operations teams Strong knowledge of billing, denials, appeals, reimbursement, and compliance Proven success managing KPIs and operational performance Excellent presentation, leadership, and communication skills

Preferred:

Laboratory Billing Patient Collections Multi-site or large-scale healthcare operations leadership
