MUST HAVE DEALERTRACK EXPERIENCE.
In this vital role, you will manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions that keep our operations running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for automotive and accounting excellence, this opportunity is perfect for you! Duties Process and verify accounts payable and receivable transactions using Dealertrack Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy in debits & credits, journal entries, and account analysis. Manage the revenue cycle including invoicing, collections, and payment processing with attention to detail and timeliness. Conduct account reconciliation and analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently. Support audit preparations by organizing financial documentation, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Perform accounting functions by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Post Invoices and PO's Prepare Deposits and Record Post Internals Reconcile vendor accounts Research and solve payment discrepancies Reconciles credit card statements Assist accounting office All payments including payroll Other duties as assigned Requirements Proven experience in automotive accounting or related fields such as public accounting or corporate finance. Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes, double entry bookkeeping, and financial concepts. Proficiency with Dealertrack DMS and preferably experience with Netchex for payroll Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities If you are ready to bring your automotive accounting expertise to a vibrant organization committed to excellence, we want to hear from you!
