About the role We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our Lead Logistics & Cold Chain Logistics product teams across North America. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to product and operational leaders, delivering financial insights that drive decision-making, performance, and growth. You will work across finance and operations to influence outcomes related to profitability, cost optimization, and investment planning, while collaborating with global and regional stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment. This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping business strategy through data-driven analysis. Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning processes including forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning, and target setting Deliver timely and insightful financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making Partner with Product Heads to identify risks, opportunities, and drive actionable growth initiatives Enhance reporting frameworks and performance measurement to improve profitability and operational efficiency Support investment cases and business improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with financial standards Collaborate with global and regional finance teams to align on insights and best practices Contribute to monthly close processes, ensuring accurate cost and revenue recognition.
Who we are looking for:

Strong experience in FP&A or finance business partnering roles with a focus on analysis and reporting Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex, matrixed organizations Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience within freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL environments is highly preferred Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences Collaborative and proactive mindset with the ability to simplify complex processes.

Salary:
$130,000 - $140,000• The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
