Finance Business Partner

Piper Companies is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a well-established organization within the consumer packaged goods and manufacturing industry. This is a permanent, hybrid opportunity based in Greensboro, NC, requiring two days onsite each week. The Finance Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to senior commercial leaders, providing financial insights and driving business performance across sales and marketing functions. Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities across commercial P&Ls, capital investments, and working capital performance Develop and maintain advanced financial models and scenario analyses to support business decisions, investment strategies, and growth initiatives Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, R D, People Operations, and Insights teams to drive data-informed, profitable outcomes Deliver consistent reporting and KPI dashboards, including monthly performance packages, forecasts, and revenue/volume analysis Evaluate performance trends and variances, translating complex financial data into actionable insights and process improvements Qualifications for the Finance Business Partner include: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, with 4+ years of relevant experience Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel Experience supporting commercial or

environments with exposure to pricing, volume, and margin analysis Ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders and senior leadership Experience with SAP, BPC, or similar systems preferred; advanced degree is a plus Compensation for the

Salary:
