Job Description
We are recruiting a Senior Finance Manager to serve as a strategic partner to key business leaders. This role will be responsible for forecasting, financial modeling, planning, performance analysis, and decision support across revenue-generating functions. This position offers significant visibility, broad organizational exposure, and the opportunity to influence both financial strategy and operational execution. Key Responsibilities Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities for key business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models that support revenue forecasting, resource planning, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making. Partner closely with business leaders to evaluate investments, identify opportunities, and assess financial performance against established goals. Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations. Build and enhance reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics that improve visibility into business performance. Support monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, including variance analysis and executive-level reporting. Drive cross-functional planning efforts by partnering with Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to improve forecasting accuracy and decision support. Lead special projects related to growth initiatives, process improvements, automation efforts, and financial transformation activities. Improve planning methodologies, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools to increase scalability, efficiency, and business insight. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, along with 6+ years of progressive FP&A, strategic finance, or commercial finance experience. Experience within a SaaS or technology-enabled business environment Advanced modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities including deep experience leveraging enterprise planning tools Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
