Office/Accounting Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to support organizational goals. Duties Manage the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards. Oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collections. Conduct general ledger reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation to maintain accuracy in financial reporting. Prepare forecasts and budgets, providing insights into financial performance and trends. Supervise payroll processing, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and accuracy in employee compensation. Lead a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure compliance with public accounting standards. Implement and maintain accounting software systems to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
