Job Description

• We are looking for a hands on Finance/Sales manager who understands that sitting behind a desk all day does not sell cars. Someone that understands that we are open until the last car deal is done. We are not just looking for someone to spin paper. Must have sales/finance manager experience and be detail orientated and very organized. Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as an Automotive Finance Manager, where your expertise will drive customer satisfaction and dealership success! In this energetic role, you will lead the financing process, assist customers in securing auto loans, and ensure seamless contract processing. Your passion for sales, customer service, and financial services will help customers find the best financing options while maximizing dealership profitability. Duties Guide customers through the financing process, explaining loan options, terms, and conditions clearly and confidently Analyze credit reports and financial information to determine loan eligibility and appropriate financing solutions Negotiate terms with customers to close deals that benefit both parties while adhering to all legal and company policies Process loan applications efficiently using financial software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance policies, and service plans to enhance customer value Manage title processing, contract preparation, and loan documentation to ensure timely completion of all transactions Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service, follow-up, and personalized communication Skills Proven experience in automotive dealership finance or related financial services roles Strong knowledge of credit analysis, loan processing, contracts, and TILA regulations Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer trust Proficiency with financial software systems and 10-key typing for quick data entry Exceptional customer relationship management skills to foster loyalty and repeat business Familiarity with dealership operations including automobile sales, title processing, and deal structuring Basic math skills for accurate calculations and credit assessments Effective communication skills for explaining complex financial concepts clearly and professionally Embark on a rewarding career where your automotive retail expertise fuels customer satisfaction and dealership growth!
