This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving organization focused on growth, operational improvement, customer experience, and long-term career development. Ownership is highly involved and actively investing in the future of the dealership and surrounding communities.
Responsibilities:
Structure and finalize automotive finance transactions Present finance and protection products professionally and compliantly Work closely with lenders to secure approvals and maximize deal opportunities Maintain strong CIT and funding discipline Ensure all deals are compliant, accurate, and processed timely Support sales team with lender structure and deal flow Help improve overall customer experience and profitability Maintain strong relationships with banks, OEM programs, and vendor partners
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of lender programs and compliance Organized with strong follow-through Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dealertrack DMS and RouteOne, or similar experience preferred Ford & CDJR experience preferred Valid driver's license Ability to commute to or relocate to

Compensation:
