$69,400 - $97,000 per year DOE We are seeking a Treasury Management Portfolio Manager to support the growth, retention, and overall relationship management of our East Market commercial clients. This role serves as a key partner to Treasury Management Officers and commercial teams by delivering hands-on client support, strengthening deposit relationships, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. This position will be In-Person Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for Treasury Management (TM) support for East Market clients Partner with Treasury Management Officers to manage, retain, and grow TM portfolios Provide ongoing support to existing clients while building strong, trust-based relationships Support new client onboarding and implementation, ensuring a smooth transition and accurate documentation Deliver client training, product demos, and education on TM products and services Educate clients on fraud prevention tools and industry best practices Troubleshoot client issues related to TM services including ACH, remote deposit capture, lockbox, positive pay, wires, and online banking Prepare proposals and pro formas for sales opportunities Conduct annual TM and deposit relationship reviews, including account analysis Collaborate with internal teams to improve product offerings, efficiencies, and client experience Maintains strong industry knowledge of TM products, services, fees, processing deadlines, and FIBT policies and procedures. Qualifications Associate's degree in finance, accounting, economics, management, business administration, or a related field preferred Minimum of three years of banking experience; Treasury Management, Retail, Online Banking, or Operations experience preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, and Outlook preferred First International Bank and Trust is a family-owned full-service Community Bank with locations in ND, MN, SD, and AZ.
