A leading agribusiness company is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manger to oversee their corporate, individual, and partnership tax reporting and planning for their team . This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who enjoys complex tax work, strategic planning, and collaborating across departments to ensure compliance and optimize tax savings. If you're a tax accounting professional looking to make a transition out of the public space and into a growing, corporate setting, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns (corporate, individual, and partnership) Assist in preparing quarterly and year-end financial statements for tax and bank reporting Review tax returns prepared by colleagues to ensure accuracy and compliance Research and apply current tax laws, credits, and deductions to minimize tax liability and maximize profitability Provide tax planning for corporate, client partnership s , estate, and individual needs Monitor changes in tax regulations and proactively advise leadership on impacts and opportunities Support ownership and respond to tax audits and inquiries from regulatory agencies Maintain organized and accurate documentation for all tax-related records Experience doing Section 179, depreciation rules, Schedule F, and agricultural sales tax exemptions Collaborate with internal teams on financial planning and fiscal strategy Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2-3+ years of relevant tax accounting experience Strong understanding of federal, state , and local tax laws Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in ERP Systems & Microsoft Office Suite High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy Benefits and Perks (if hired permanently) Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Relocation provided for the right candidate Your New Organization This company operates multiple entities across Nebraska and Kansas, providing long-term stability and a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
