Job Description
The Bill Dube Automotive Group is seeking an Experienced Automotive F&I Manager to join our growing leadership team! Leadership | Energy | Results-Driven This opportunity is ideal for a proven automotive professional who brings high energy, a positive mindset, and strong leadership skills to the showroom every day. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, sets the tone for excellence, and consistently delivers top-tier performance while mentoring and motivating others. Position Overview The ideal candidate is an accomplished F&I professional with a track record of success , exceptional CSI, and the ability to build trust with customers while driving results. This role requires confidence, integrity, and the ability to lead by example in a collaborative, team-oriented culture. As an F&I Manager, you will guide customers through the financing process, present value-driven protection products, and ensure every transaction is completed accurately, ethically, and in compliance with all regulations. Key Responsibilities Assess customer needs and present tailored financing and payment solutions Confidently present and sell service contracts, GAP, and other value-added ancillary products Prepare and finalize all finance and delivery documentation in a legal, ethical, and compliant manner Maintain and strengthen lender relationships Consistently achieve or exceed monthly F&I income goals, product penetration targets, and CSI standards Lead, mentor, and positively influence the sales and delivery process Qualifications & Attributes Previous Automotive F&I Manager experience required Proven history of strong financial performance and high CSI High-energy, self-motivated, and positive attitude Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and influence others Detail-oriented with the ability to excel in a structured, process-driven environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Why Join Us?
