Finance Business Partner Our fast-paced Laconia, NH client needs a Finance Business Partner for their team! This direct-hire role will partner with leadership, site management, and cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance across the company's operational and manufacturing environments. Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner Perform key accounting responsibilities, including monthly close, reconciliations, and journal entries, ensuring integrity of financial records Prepare and analyze financial reports Monitor financial trends and identify areas of improvement Support forecasting and budgeting processes Partner with operational teams to understand performance drivers and provide financial perspective; help manage key cost areas (e.g., labor, inventory, overheads) Act as a trusted advisor to site and operational leadership, offering insights to improve performance Assist with strategic initiatives such as process improvements, system enhancements, or integration activities Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting capabilities Qualifications of the Finance Business Partner Solid understanding of finance principles, with exposure to cost or operational accounting environments Ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable business insights Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication skills with the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders Collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment Proficiency in financial systems and data tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel) Please share your resume in confidence for this Finance Business Partner opportunity.
