The Revenue Excellence Trainer plays a critical role in advancing the operational excellence of the Revenue Cycle team by designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that enhance staff knowledge, performance, and compliance. This position supports the tactical execution of departmental goals by equipping team members with the tools and understanding needed to navigate complex revenue cycle workflows, payer requirements, and system functionalities. The trainer ensures content reflects current policies, regulatory standards, and performance expectations and monitors training effectiveness through key performance indicators and feedback loops.What You'll Do:
Design, implement, and maintain onboarding programs and ongoing training curriculum for all Revenue Cycle teams and Internal Business Partners Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions across functional areas, including patient access, coding, billing, payer policies, and system workflows Develop role specific learning paths and certification programs to support career progression and operational experience Identify skill gaps and training opportunities leveraging performance data, stakeholder feedback, and workflow analysis Collaborate with leaders to facilitate workforce retraining needs to ensure the team remains current with evolving regulations, payer requirements, and internal standards And moreWho You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, Required or related field and a minimum of four (4) years Epic Revenue Cycle experience. (Health System preferred) Epic Credentialed Trainer distinction and certification in Revenue Cycle applications must be obtained within twelve (12) months of hire, Required Certification in Revenue Cycle applications, Preferred Three 3-5+ years of Revenue Cycle operations experience, Required Epic Revenue Cycle application experience,Required Why You'll Love Us:
