Job Description:
Responsibilities Manage inventory accounting and balance sheet integrity, including annual and ongoing reconciliations within NetSuite Own monthly close, compliance reporting, and variance analysis to support continuous performance improvement Oversee the general ledger accounting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP or other applicable accounting standards. Review the monthly bank reconciliation statements. Partner closely with Supply Chain to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (master's preferred). A minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience, Experience in GAAP, revenue recognition (ASC 606), tax regulations, and financial systems. Proven experience in leading general ledger operations and managing a team within an accounting function. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
