Job Description
As a Finance & Insurance Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the dealership's financial performance. You will work closely with customers, lenders, and the sales team to secure financing solutions, present vehicle protection options, and ensure all transactions are completed accurately, ethically, and in compliance with industry regulations. This role is ideal for a motivated automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by results, customer satisfaction, and attention to detail. About the Role Assess customers' financing needs and present finance, payment, and vehicle protection options in a clear, professional, and customer-focused manner Present and sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP coverage, tire & wheel protection, and other ancillary products Submit deals to lenders and secure approvals through multiple finance sources while maintaining strong lender relationships Prepare, review, and accurately complete all finance and insurance documentation in a legal and ethical manner Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws related to automotive finance and insurance Achieve monthly performance goals related to F&I income, product penetration, and customer satisfaction Maximize profitability while maintaining transparency, integrity, and customer trust Partner with Sales, Accounting, and Management teams to ensure smooth and timely deal processing Resolve funding and documentation discrepancies to support efficient funding and vehicle delivery timelines Requirements Prior automotive F&I experience required Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus Strong understanding of automotive finance, lender programs, and compliance regulations Proven ability to present and sell aftermarket and protection products Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Motivated self-starter with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Professional, ethical, and customer-focused mindset Reliable, punctual, and adaptable Benefits Paid Sick Time Paid Vacation Time Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k)
