Raceway Jeep, a premier automotive dealership in the tri-state area, is seeking a skilled and motivated Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. If you have a strong background in finance, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to helping customers find the best financing and insurance options, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Work with customers to understand their financing and insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Present and explain financing options, extended warranties, and insurance products to customers. Secure financing through various lenders and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with regulations. Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate a smooth transition from sales to financing. Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers. Maximize dealership profitability by effectively managing finance and insurance operations. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to vehicle financing and insurance. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and transparent buying experience.

Qualifications:

Must have 3 years of previous experience as an Automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry Structure and finalize automotive finance and lease deals in compliance with lender guidelines Present and sell finance, warranty, and protection products to maximize profitability Build strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lenders to secure competitive approvals Ensure all deals are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with state and federal regulations Work closely with the sales team to maximize deal structure and customer satisfaction Maintain high CSI by providing a transparent and professional customer experience Monitor funding and resolve any deal issues promptly Stay up to date on current programs, rates, and compliance requirements Track performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed F&I goals Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred but not required

Pay:

$125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
