Looking for an Experienced Fianance Manager, Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as an Automotive Finance Manager, where your expertise will drive customer satisfaction and dealership success! In this energetic role, you will lead the financing process, helping customers secure the best loan options while ensuring compliance with industry standards such as the Truth in Lending Act (TILA). Your enthusiasm for sales and customer service will shine as you build lasting relationships, upsell additional products, and navigate complex credit analyses. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine financial acumen with automotive sales, creating a rewarding experience for both you and our valued customers. Duties Guide customers through the financing process, explaining loan options, contracts, and credit terms clearly and confidently Analyze credit reports and financial information to determine loan eligibility and appropriate terms Negotiate loan agreements and dealership add-ons to maximize sales while ensuring customer satisfaction Process loan applications efficiently using financial software and perform title processing to ensure legal compliance Upsell extended warranties, insurance products, and other dealership offerings to enhance customer value Maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service throughout the sales journey Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets and improve overall dealership profitability Skills Proven experience in loan officer roles within automotive or financial services industries Strong knowledge of credit analysis, TILA regulations, and contract management Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on upselling and closing deals effectively Proficiency in financial software, title processing systems, and basic math including 10-key typing skills Exceptional customer relationship management abilities paired with outstanding customer service skills Familiarity with dealership operations, automobile sales processes, and loan processing procedures Ability to analyze financial data quickly while maintaining attention to detail for compliance purposes
