Job Description:
THIS ROLE WILL BE ONSITE 5 DAYS PER WEEK IN MIDTOWN MANHATTAN.
Small office of a global investment firm seeks an experienced Client Support/Office Manager to join their team. This person will be responsible for : US Client Service (55% of time)
  • Update APX and client portal for new/closed accounts and contacts
  • Quarterly invoice review
  • Executive reporting
  • Create client presentations (entry level)
  • Advisory channel support o Enter leads (Stage 0 Opportunities) into Salesforce for Advisory Channel o Check custodian interfaces for advisor channel activity (pull down/save reports) o Advisory sales tracking (pull down/save reports)
  • Work with sales associates to assist in ongoing CRM maintenance
  • Validate and track client cash flows NY Office Management (25% of time)
  • Provide professional front desk presence and premium service
  • Intraday conference room and pantry maintenance
  • Process mail and packages
  • Receive and put out meals for special events as needed
  • Receive and stock weekly coffee, fruit, dairy product deliveries
  • Provide weekly inventory of office supplies to Office Management team Private Wealth US (20% of time)
  • Work with custodians and clients on tax reporting, LOAs, cash requests; countersignatures, filing and secure digital storage.
  • Print and distribute monthly and quarterly reports via mail and File
  • Deposit checks Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience as in Client Support and Office Management in a fast-paced setting.
