Great Pay and Full Benefits Job Description What you will be doing: Lead thoughtful, timely month-end reporting and financial analysis for Business Units each month. Be able to clearly tell the story of what happened, why it happened, and what we can expect going forward. Lead monthly forecast and annual budget processes for Business Units, including measuring performance against the forecast and budget. Help drive the organization to find ways to hit or improve on targets. Use insight, analysis, and critical thinking to evaluate options and make recommendations. Support the business in developing and executing effective business strategies in preparation for the annual Strategic Reviews and throughout the year. Perform routine and ad-hoc financial analysis utilizing financial modeling and business analysis techniques. Drive continuous improvement within the Finance & Accounting function, including improving the quality and reliability of relevant reporting and analytics. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and take the lead on implementing action plans.

Experience you will need:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting Minimum 5 years of relevant financial analysis experience with increasing responsibilities Strong Excel Skills and experience in ERP systems; Power BI and Microsoft D365 is a plus Strong ability to solve problems, prioritize and multitask Strong written and verbal communication skills and executive presence Ownership, accountability, and ability to influence others Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships across functions Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
