Required Skills & Experience 6-10 years of BA/QA experience with 3+ years in asset management or investment operations Deep functional knowledge of Addepar, Black Diamond, or First Rate - including data models, reporting modules, and integrations Strong grasp of investment performance standards (GIPS familiarity a plus), portfolio accounting, and client reporting workflows Experience leading UAT and managing test environments across multi-system landscapes
