Job Description

Accounting Manager Henderson Harbor Group is a premier executive search and consulting firm with deep experience in finance, accounting, tax and technology. The search division recruits highly skilled professionals for Contract and Permanent positions. We service our clients primarily in the NYC Metro area as well nationally through our AAFA and NPA networks. Our client in Northeast New Jersey is looking for an Accounting Manager to assist with their Commercial Real Estate operations. Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial workpapers in GAAP basis. Submission of quarterly financials and reporting for internal leadership and external partners. Prepare
OPEX/RET
escalation schedules and assist with tenant inquiries. Responsible for preparing straight-line rent workpapers. Oversee AR and AP teams using Yardi. Responsible for year-end audit inquiries & assisting in budget preparation.
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in accounting/finance. CPA a plus. Minimum of 5 years in real estate; audit experience a plus. Knowledge of Yardi is a must. Job Cost Module is a plus. Hybrid. Why is This a
