RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Reporting & Performance Monitoring Prepare and present cash flow statements to senior management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity. Maintain financial records across platforms, including Google Drive, upholding data integrity and accessibility. Track financial performance through variance analysis against budget and prior periods. Confirm and reconcile monthly intercompany Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable balances with the Parent Company (Osstem Implant Co., Ltd.) as early as possible at the start of each month. Financial Planning & Analysis (Cash Flow) Lead the annual budgeting process and short- to mid-term cash flow forecasting.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.Experience:
5-7 years in a finance or accounting role, including 3-5 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP systems required. Proficiency in SAP is a plus.Soft Skills:
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.Eligibility:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Language:
Full professional fluency in both English and Korean required. (for communication with the parent company, Osstem, in South Korea)Global Experience:
Prior experience in a multinational or global corporate environment is preferredCertifications:
CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional designation is a plus.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
