$105k- 150k Lead Revenue Performance for a Growing Specialty Healthcare Organization We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Revenue Cycle to oversee the financial performance and operational effectiveness of the revenue cycle function within a growing outpatient specialty healthcare organization.
This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue integrity, optimizing reimbursement, improving cash flow, and enhancing operational processes across billing, coding, collections, and payer relations. What You'll Do Provide oversight of the complete revenue cycle process, from charge capture through final payment resolution. Develop strategies to maximize reimbursement while improving efficiency across billing and collections operations. Monitor key performance indicators and establish benchmarks to support organizational goals. Lead initiatives focused on revenue growth, cash acceleration, and operational excellence. Ensure accurate medical billing and coding practices are maintained across the organization. Collaborate with internal teams to improve claim submission accuracy and reduce reimbursement delays. Analyze denial trends and implement corrective action plans to improve collection outcomes. Maintain knowledge of payer requirements, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory updates. Utilize financial and operational data to identify revenue opportunities and workflow enhancements. Produce regular reporting on accounts receivable, collection performance, denial rates, and reimbursement trends. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Progressive leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management within a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, collections, claims management, and reimbursement processes. Experience analyzing financial data and implementing revenue cycle improvement initiatives. Proven ability to lead teams and manage operational performance. Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
