Job Description
Accounting Manager South Hackensack, New Jersey, United States Role & Responsibilities Manage monthly close, prepare and present monthly executive reports Manage the company's financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts, and financial assets Prepare cash flow forecasts and plans Plan, implement, and supervise the company's financial strategy Manage and support the company's financial reviews and audits Maintain proper accounting guidelines and procedures Monitor daily financial transactions Provide recommendations to internal business stakeholders Prepare ad hoc reports as requested by the executive management team Qualifications 5+ years of experience Ability to control and manage teams effectively Preferred qualifications include experience with IRS audits, taxation, CPA, and EA (Enrolled Agent), but these are not required
