Interim Financial Aid Manager

Soni is partnering with a Higher Education organization seeking an Interim Financial Aid Manager to support day-to-day operations during a major organizational transition. This individual will oversee a small team while remaining hands-on within financial aid processing and systems.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily Financial Aid operations and staff workflow Support awarding, packaging, disbursement, and reconciliation processes Work directly within PeopleSoft to manage and update student records Assist with compliance reporting and audit-related activities Partner with leadership during a large-scale organizational transition Support students and internal stakeholders with Financial Aid inquiries

Requirements:

3+ years of Financial Aid experience within Higher Education Prior experience working in Oracle PeopleSoft Strong understanding of Financial Aid operations and compliance Ability to operate in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

Prior supervisory experience Ellucian Colleague exposure Experience supporting organizational or system transitions

Compensation:

$40 - $45/ Hr Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications. #SONICNJ
