Project Accounting Manager

This is a high-impact role responsible for managing cash flow, supporting project success, and strengthening the company's financial position. You would be reporting to both the Controller and Chief Financial Officer. Key Responsibilities Manage invoicing, payment application, and collections for construction and service Work with project managers on job billing and contract compliance. Monitor aging reports and drive timely collections. Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues. Support month-end close and maintain accurate records. Assist with construction-related documentation (e.g., lien waivers) Other duties as assigned Qualifications 3+ years of Accounting experience (construction industry preferred) Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills Experience with job billing/progress billing Proficient in Excel Motivated to grow into a leadership role

Compensation Package Annual Salary:

$70,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience)
