Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Finance Manager to lead inventory strategy, forecasting, and process improvement related to Slow Moving and Obsolete Inventory across North America for one of our largest Consumer Goods clients. This role serves as the primary finance partner for inventory risk, write?offs, and material disposition decisions, driving stronger visibility, governance, and financial outcomes. The ideal candidate blends strong finance fundamentals with supply chain insight, forecasting capability, and process improvement leadership. Required Skills & Experience 5-7 Years experience within Supply Chain Finance role within CPG, Manufacturing, or regulated environments Extensive experience managing the financial impact of slow & obsolete (SLOB) inventory Experience designing and implementing forecasting models to predict inventory write-offs Experience modeling MDA (material disposition authority) decisions and timing of material disposition Experience streamlining monthly inventory close processes Advanced Excel or financial modeling skills Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
