Job Title:

Accounting Manager - Manufacturing Finance Leader Join a growing Middlesex County, NJ manufacturer delivering advanced power conversion solutions to critical industries. This is a high-impact leadership role where you"ll drive financial strategy, optimize operations, and influence key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial reporting, month-end close, and general ledger activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee AR, AP, and accounting teams while driving process improvements and internal controls
• Serve as Cost Accounting SME, supporting inventory management, cost control, and manufacturing insights
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and financial strategy

Job Requirements Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor"s degree in Accounting with 5-10 years of accounting/finance experience
• Strong background in financial reporting, general ledger, and manufacturing/cost accounting
• Prior leadership experience managing accounting teams in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Epicor experience a plus)

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• CPA and/or Master"s degree
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, or

Power BI Compensation & Additional Info:

• $150,000-$180,000 base salary + 15% bonus + full benefits package
• Must be able to meet ITAR compliance requirements (U.

S. person or eligible authorization)
