Full retail lending platform with in-house processing, underwriting, and closing Scalable infrastructure for individual producers and growing teams Nationwide reach: Ability to support loan officers seeking multi-state licensing, with infrastructure to operate across up to 48 states.

What You'll Be Doing:

Originate & Close Loans

• Manage an active personal pipeline while supporting loan officers within the branch. Recruit & Mentor Loan Officers
• Build a strong team, providing training, coaching, and leadership. Strengthen Realtor Partnerships
• Act as the key mortgage resource for our real estate partners, ensuring seamless collaboration. Drive Branch Production & Growth
• Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficiency and high closing ratios.

What We're Looking For:

Active NMLS License (NM) Proven leadership experience

• Prior success managing a mortgage team or branch Strong origination skills
• Ability to structure and close, VA, Conventional, USDA, and Non-QM loans A relationship-focused approach
• Comfortable working with real estate professionals and providing ongoing value to referral partners Ability to manage and scale branch operations
• Ensure loan officers are productive, and clients receive a world-class experience
