Job Description

Accounting Manager $110,000 - $120,000 base salary (depending on experience) Las Vegas, NV (On-site) Vaco has partnered with a prestigious company in the construction space to hire their next Accounting Manager. This role provides broad exposure across financial reporting, operational accounting, and business partnership within a stable and rapidly growing organization. You'll work closely with leadership to support reporting accuracy, strengthen processes, and drive financial visibility across the business. Coordinate accounting operations with shared services, including AP, AR, treasury, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Lead key portions of the month-end close process, financial reporting, and account reconciliation activities. Assist with budgeting, audits, cash flow analysis, and maintenance of strong accounting controls and policies. Partner with sales and operations teams to support customer, project, and ad hoc financial initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 7+ years of accounting experience required Job costing experience required Sales tax experience preferred CPA preferred Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
