If you're driven, confident, and thrive in a high-volume, high-energy environment, this is your shot. What You'll Do Handle and spin 40-50 deals per month with accuracy and urgency. Structure and secure financing with multiple lenders to maximize PVR and CSI. Present products clearly and effectively to build value and maintain compliance. Collaborate with Sales Management and Desk Managers to keep the deal flow smooth and profitable. Stay sharp — using modern tools, tech, and strategy to keep deals moving and customers happy. Who You Are A high producer who knows how to get it done and loves the rush of a busy floor. Minimum 2 years of F&I experience preferred — but hustle and skill can speak louder than years. Energetic, tech-savvy, and comfortable with dealership software (CDK experience a plus). Motivated by performance, teamwork, and six-figure earning potential.
