Job Description

This is not a lateral move. This is a structured, two-phase career path from Financial Professional to Associate Partner, with a clear timeline, dedicated coaching, and the full backing of a Fortune 100 company. Phase 2 (Associate Partner) salary: $60,000
- 150,000 Average income among our 617 recruiters at all levels in 2024: $285,000 About the Program Phase 1 — Financial Professional (approximately 12 months) Build your own financial services practice in the Las Vegas market.
- Meet with Las Vegas-area individuals, families, and business owners to assess financial needs
- Recommend life insurance, retirement, and financial protection strategies
- Build a client base through networking, referrals, and community relationships
- Hit defined production milestones to qualify for Phase 2 Phase 2 (Associate Partner):
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of financial professionals
- Drive team production and growth within your Las Vegas unit
- Represent New York Life through community leadership and professional networking

What We're Looking For Required:
- Proven leadership, management, or business ownership experience — any industry considered
- Strong track record in sales, client-facing, or relationship-driven roles
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation
- Must be located in Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, or surrounding Southern Nevada (or actively relocating)
- Willingness to obtain Life & Health license (we sponsor it)
Preferred:
- MBA or equivalent business degree
- Bilingual in English and Spanish — strongly encouraged to apply
- Existing professional or community network in Las Vegas
- Background in financial services, insurance, real estate, mortgage, or banking What We Offer
