This is a fast-paced, high-level position; managing Finance Sales and Administration within a multimillion-dollar motorcycle dealership. F&I experience in the Automotive, Marine, RV, and/or Motorcycle dealership space is required, including deep understanding of finance products, process, and paperwork. In addition, this manager is responsible for contracts, DMV compliance, and all other duties involved with selling and financing motorcycles. A proven track-record of success selling finance products is mandatory, along with a positive attitude and urgency toward achieving goals. Love of the motorcycle lifestyle is a plus. This is a pay-for-performance job, with minimum base and unlimited earning potential within a dynamic, growing operation. Medical, Dental, and 401(k) plan included. Must have a clean criminal record to qualify for Sales and Notary Licenses.
