Director of Revenue Integrity ???? Ready to lead transformation at scale in a high-impact health system? We're looking for a strategic Director of Revenue Integrity to champion accuracy, innovation, and performance across our entire health network. This is more than a leadership role-it's an opportunity to shape how revenue integrity supports exceptional patient experiences and long-term organizational success. ???? What You'll Do As a key leader within Revenue Cycle, you'll: Drive strategies that ensure accurate, compliant, and optimized revenue capture Lead large-scale initiatives that improve performance, reduce denials, and enhance outcomes Oversee training teams to build a best-in-class, patient-centered revenue cycle culture Partner cross-functionally (HIM, IT, clinical teams) to streamline processes and improve efficiency Use data and metrics to track performance, identify gaps, and fuel continuous improvement Optimize systems (including Epic) to maximize operational effectiveness Champion transformation-implementing initiatives that create lasting organizational impact Why This Role Matters You'll be at the center of innovation-connecting strategy, operations, and patient experience.
