- Full-time Orchard Nissan is seeking a proven Finance Manager who knows how to structure deals, maximize profit, and operate the right way — every deal, every time.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Structuring and finalizing deals Presenting and offering F&I products in a compliant and transparent manner Ensuring all federal, state, and lender compliance requirements are met on every deal Working directly with sales managers to maximize deal structure and profitability Maintaining strong relationships with lenders This is not a "sit-in-the-box" F&I Director role. We want you to have a presence in the showroom, working side by side with the sales managers and Sales Associates- structuring deals, working with customers and closing the deal.
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record in automotive F&I Strong understanding of lender guidelines and deal structure Commitment to ethical sales practices and compliance High level of professionalism with customers Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWhat We Offer:
