Sunbelt Workforce Housing Location:
Valley Stream, Long Island, NY Parkstone Capital is a multifamily investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning workforce housing throughout the Sunbelt. As a 3rd generation Real Estate family we believe the current market presents one of the most attractive buying opportunities in years. We have an active acquisition pipeline and are looking to scale rapidly to capitalize on the dislocation in today's multifamily market. We are seeking an experienced Director of Investor Relations & Capital Raising to build and manage an investor platform, raise equity for multifamily acquisitions, and develop a scalable investor relations infrastructure. This is a senior role for someone who understands both capital raising and investor relationship management and knows how to build systems that support long-term growth. Responsibilities
  • Raise equity for multifamily acquisitions ranging from $3m -$20m per transaction
  • Build and maintain relationships with accredited investors, family offices, RIAs, and high-net-worth individuals
  • Develop and manage a robust investor CRM using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Track investor activity, engagement, commitments, and follow-up through a disciplined pipeline process
  • Coordinate investor webinars, presentations, and deal communications
  • Oversee investor onboarding, subscription documents, and accreditation verification
  • Create systems and processes that drive repeat investments and long-term investor retention
  • Work directly with company leadership on capital markets strategy and investor outreach Qualifications
  • 7-10 yrs of prior experience raising capital for real estate, private equity, alternative investments, or private placements
  • Strong understanding of 506(c) offerings and accredited investor marketing
  • Experience building and managing investor databases and CRM systems
  • Existing relationships with family offices, RIAs, accredited investors, or wealth management professionals are highly desirable
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a capital raising platform
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills Compensation
