Fiscal Manager General Statement of Duties:

This position is responsible for overseeing all agency finance and accounting functions, including cash flow management, grant allocation, preparation of monthly and year-end financial reports, audits, and tax returns. All activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner, with a high level of quality and customer service. Work is performed under the direct supervision of the OFA Executive Director.

Typical Work Activities:

• Manage program budgets, financial reporting, and expense tracking
• Oversee/manage billing, payroll coordination, and accounts payable/receivable
• Ensure compliance with licensing, contracts, grants, and audits
• Collaborate with leadership and program staff

Acceptable Experience/Training:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field
• 3+ years of experience in fiscal management
• Non-profit experience preferred
• Proficiency in Quickbooks required Compensation and Benefits
• $62,500/yr 35 hr week
