Apparel Wholesale / T-Shirt Supplier Growing apparel wholesale company seeking an organized Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and assist with HR tasks. Responsibilities Accounts payable & receivable Bank reconciliations & monthly reporting Payroll processing Inventory/accounting support Employee onboarding & HR paperwork Maintain employee and payroll records Benefits PTO & holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K /Roth Retirement Profit Sharing contribution by Employer only Bonus potential Employee discounts Growth opportunities
Requirements:
3+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience Knowledge of Accounting software-QuickBooks and Excel experience required Good Management & problem solving skills Payroll and HR support experience preferred Wholesale/apparel industry experience is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills
