Plenty of turns One-person store All the right banks Aggressive advertising budget Excellent management support Duties Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and present suitable loan options Facilitate the loan approval process by analyzing credit reports, verifying income, and assessing financial documents in accordance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations Negotiate terms of financing agreements to secure favorable deals for both the customer and dealership Upsell additional financial products such as extended warranties, insurance packages, and protection plans to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Process all title work, contracts, and loan paperwork accurately using advanced financial software and title processing systems Maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction Stay current on industry trends, credit analysis techniques, and dealership policies to optimize sales strategies Qualifications Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial services role within an automotive dealership environment Strong background in credit analysis, contract negotiation, and loan processing procedures Familiarity with TILA regulations and compliance standards related to auto financing Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering outstanding service Proficiency in financial software applications, basic math skills, 10-key typing speed, and title processing systems Ability to upsell effectively while maintaining integrity and transparency with customers Dealership experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for automobile sales is essential Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to analyze credit reports accurately Join us as an Powersports Finance Manager where your energy fuels success!
