Job Description

Help shape a modern content capability that brings ideas to life. In this role, you will set editorial standards, establish governance, and build AI-enabled workflows that improve speed, quality, and consistency. You will partner closely with stakeholders across marketing, digital, and business teams to deliver personalized content at scale. If you thrive in a collaborative, matrixed environment and enjoy turning complex topics into clear narratives, this role offers significant regional impact. As a Regional Integrated Content Manager on the LatAm & GFG Marketing team, you will lead the content operating model and editorial governance that enable high-quality, compliant content across public and client-facing channels. You will translate business priorities into integrated content programs and lifecycle journeys that improve client engagement and support growth. You will drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows with strong controls, measurement, and continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities Establish regional editorial governance, workflows, quality standards, and operating cadence to align priorities across markets and stakeholders. Define human-in-the-loop standards for AI-assisted content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and appropriate controls. Develop editorial guardrails (voice and tone, templates, sourcing, quality checks, and version control) to protect content quality and the client experience. Partner with risk and control stakeholders to enable efficient review processes with clear accountability and auditability. Lead adoption of AI-enabled content workflows, including prompt standards, evaluation approaches, and measurement of efficiency and quality outcomes. Translate priority themes into integrated narratives, campaigns, and segmented journeys tailored to audience needs and market context. Create and curate content with internal and external partners, ensuring clarity, suitability, and consistent editorial standards. Build banker enablement packages (talk tracks, modular content blocks, FAQs, and toolkits) to support consistent client conversations. Define success metrics and dashboards, and optimize performance through testing and continuous improvement. Manage agency and vendor support where applicable, setting clear briefs, timelines, and quality expectations. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Minimum of 7 years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or integrated marketing within wealth management, private banking, investments, or financial services. Advanced editorial judgment and storytelling skills, with the ability to elevate AI-assisted drafts while protecting brand integrity and accuracy. Experience implementing governed AI-enabled content workflows, including human review, control design, and quality measurement. Experience building segmented audience frameworks and lifecycle journeys to support personalization. Demonstrated technology leadership across marketing and digital ecosystems and internal platforms (e.g., JPMorgan Online, Marketo, Connectmail, Prospect Portal) and external channels; strong measurement orientation (including Adobe Analytics). Strong program management and operating-model skills, including building workflows, calendars, cross-functional execution, and continuous improvement loops. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly desirable. Experience in investments, marketing, communications, or financial services. Experience developing modular content frameworks for reuse across regions, segments, and channels. Experience managing agencies and production partners across multiple markets. Familiarity with analytics tools and content performance reporting. Experience supporting banker enablement and client conversation toolkits. Experience operating within regulated financial services marketing environments.
