The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging vehicle financing, working with lenders, presenting finance and protection products, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations. Responsibilities Secure financing approvals through banks and lending institutions Present warranty, GAP, and other protection products to customers Complete and process finance contracts and related paperwork Ensure compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations Work closely with the sales team to provide a smooth customer experience Maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions Provide excellent customer service throughout the purchasing process Meet dealership finance department goals and performance standards Requirements Previous automotive finance (F&I) experience required Strong knowledge of dealership financing and lender programs Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Schedule Monday through Sunday Weekend availability required Flexible hours based on dealership needs
