We are seeking a high-performing Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while maximizing profitability. The ideal candidate is a proven sales professional with strong compliance knowledge, outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to build trust with customers and lenders alike. This role is critical to our dealership's success and requires someone who can seamlessly balance sales performance, customer satisfaction, and flawless paperwork execution. Key Responsibilities Present and sell finance, warranty, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers in a professional and ethical manner Structure deals and secure financing through a network of lenders Ensure all contracts, disclosures, title documents, and compliance paperwork are completed accurately and submitted on time Maintain full compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations Deliver a transparent, customer-focused buying experience that drives satisfaction and repeat business Work closely with sales managers and sales staff to maximize deal profitability and efficiency Monitor funding and contract status to ensure clean, timely deals Build strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores and uphold dealership reputation Qualifications Previous Automotive F&I Manager experience preferred Proven track record of strong sales performance and product penetration Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong understanding of automotive financing, compliance, and lender guidelines Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a high-volume environment Professional appearance and customer-first mindset Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack, or similar DMS experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) with company match Supportive leadership and team environment Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement Ideal Candidate Traits Driven by results and accountability Passionate about customer satisfaction Ethical, compliant, and detail-oriented Confident closer with strong product presentation skills Able to create a smooth, pressure-free finance experience Join a dealership that values professionalism, integrity, and excellence in every customer interaction.
