Are you a driven automotive professional with a passion for leadership, customer service, and maximizing performance? Here at Great Lakes Honda, we are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing dealership team. This position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping customers secure financing and protection products that fit their needs. Responsibilities Meet with customers to review finance and lease options Secure financing through lender partnerships Present and explain warranty, GAP, maintenance, and protection products Ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant with state and federal regulations Maintain strong relationships with banks and lending institutions Work closely with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the financing process Achieve monthly production and performance goals

Requirements:
