Our mission is to be the premier automotive home for drivers in the Dayton, OH area by offering a vast selection of new and used vehicles, exceptional customer service, and a personalized, "customer-first" car-buying experience. Our goal is to ensure total customer satisfaction while acting as a supportive community partner. We are looking to expand our Team, with an opening in our Finance Department as an Automotive Finance Manager. This is a full-time on-site position that includes Saturdays and some Holidays. Experienced Auto Finance Manager This experienced, detail-oriented position is ideal for a high-performing professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, is highly organized, technologically proficient, and committed to compliance, accuracy, and production. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and customer service standards. Key Responsibilities Secure lender approvals and negotiate with lenders for optimal terms and structure Verify customer credit, income, stipulations, identity, and compliance documentation Present, offer, and close finance and protection product sales Properly disclose and execute all contracts and legal documentation accurately Ensure all deals meet dealership, lender, state, and federal compliance standards Follow up with customers and lenders to complete funding requirements and finalize transactions Maintain strong communication with sales staff, lenders, and customers throughout the process Manage deal flow efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and production Qualifications Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience required Strong understanding of dealership finance processes, lender guidelines, and compliance requirements Comfortable working in multiple software systems and technology platforms daily Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy What We're Looking For The ideal candidate would be someone who combines strong finance performance with professionalism, integrity, and operational precision.
