Office & Accounting Manager Location:
Columbus, Ohio (On-site)
Salary:
$70,000 – $80,000 + benefits Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office & Accounting Manager to oversee daily office operations while managing core accounting functions. This individual will play a key role in ensuring efficient administrative workflows and accurate financial management. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing operational and financial responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Office Operations Oversee day-to-day office functions, including supplies, vendors, and facilities Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative needs Support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and special projects Maintain office policies and ensure operational efficiency Accounting & Finance Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Maintain the general ledger and assist with month-end close Prepare financial reports and account reconciliations Coordinate with external CPA and auditors Assist with budgeting and expense tracking HR & Administrative Support Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain employee records and support basic HR functions Coordinate payroll processes with external providers Qualifications 3–7+ years of experience in accounting, office management, or a blended role Working knowledge of accounting principles (AP/AR, reconciliations, GL) Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools Preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in a small to mid-sized company environment Why Join Competitive salary in the $70–80K range High-impact role with visibility to leadership Stable and collaborative work environment Opportunity to influence both operations and financial processes EB-1766971567
