Finance Manager

Johnny K's Powersports is a multi-line powersports dealership looking for a strong, experienced Finance Manager for our Elyria location. Candidates must have prior dealership experience in Sales & Finance. We offer a competitive pay plan, benefits, great working environment, and many other tools. 9am-6pm•

Saturday:

10am-4pm•

OFF Job Duties:

Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations as they apply to finance and insurance Maintain an efficient workflow of all finance office processes Contract deals and maintain relationship with lending institutes Maintain charge backs at an acceptable level Verify lien payoff balances and automotive insurance policies Manage all sales customers, making sure all leads are logged into our CRM Set objectives for achieving sales and gross profits New and used inventory management Sales marketing Create action plan and effectively close deals Pricing of inventory and posting to our website and others

Qualifications:

Previous finance and sales management experience required Computer experience with Customer Relationship Management skills Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Consistent and stable work history Valid driver's license and clean driving record Professional appearance and work ethic
