Job Description

Overview We are seeking a friendly and honest detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team. In this position, you will manage the donation side of the ministry ensuring all donations are documented correctly. Your expertise is vital to the ministry by maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and meeting deadlines. In addition, you will be tracking grant funds as they are received, and issue thank you cards, ensure all grant issuer stipulations are met and grant issuers are provided documentation of works completed. Responsibilities Maintain accurate donation records using QuickBooks Printing and mailing receipts for all donations Count all Beyond Measure Market deposits each week and take the deposits to the bank Prepare and take change order for Beyond Measure Market to the bank Oversee, count and deposit all donations for MAP Ministry Work with bookkeepers for MAP Ministry and Beyond Measure Market with additional duties as assigned Oversee internal controls to protect ministry assets Potentially attend board meetings several times a year or as requested Qualifications Possess a "heart" for ministry Highly organized, honest, dependable, detail-oriented, passion for accuracy and good stewardship, possessing highly developed verbal and written communication skills Possessing the following abilities: o Able to manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously o Meet deadlines o Work out of the MAP office Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Package is a must, QuickBooks experience is preferred.
Pay:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
