Job Description
Klaben Auto Stores , a successful, family-owned and operated business for over 50 years, is looking to add a Financial Services Representative, a position redefined in customer-driven fashion with heavy emphasis on delivering the most satisfying customer experience. Summary of Essential Duties - Assist customers in financing vehicle purchases and leasing; Execute all responsibilities with uncompromised integrity; Create revenue by selling automotive after-sale products and services providing excellent value to customers; Communicate effectively with salespeople, customers, management and financial institutions to create a seamless auto sale, finance and delivery experience exceeding the customer's expectations; Qualities we are seeking -- Uncompromised integrity and professionalism; Consistent attention to detail and dedicated to accuracy in every step of finance process; Excellent communication skills and Team attitude; Aptitude and desire to learn and adapt to customer-driven finance processes; Desire to succeed. Education and experience we are seeking -- College degree from an accredited institution preferred; Prior financial services experience preferred; Must be teachable in financial products and processes; Ability to quickly learn and effectively use automotive finance software.
